Refunds And Cancellations
You may cancel any booking submitted to us for tickets that have not yet been issued to you at any time prior to the date of the event to which such booking pertains by sending a cancellation notice to info@computicket.com or calling our Customer Care Centre on +27 (0)11 340 8000 or 0861 915 8000. You may also cancel and return any issued tickets acquired from us at any time prior to the scheduled date of the event to which they apply by handing in your tickets at any of our Money Market kiosks. When you cancel your booking or return your tickets you must provide us with the relevant booking number. Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Tickets to the eagerly anticipated Mykonos Festival, organised annually by Mykonos Casino and Resort, will be going on sale from the 1st of September 2017. This year, the West Coast’s favourite family-friendly festival will be taking place on Friday the 15th and Saturday the 16th of December and is set to feature an all-star line-up of South African artists. Twelve musicians, accommodating every taste, will be taking to the stage over the two-day Festival. Among them will be The Rockets, Die Jaloersbokkies, Francois van Coke, Lloyd Cele and Snotkop, as well as Refentse, Jay, Emo Adams, Goodluck, Elandre Schwartz and Juanita du Plessis. Schalk Bezuidenhout and Loyiso Madinga are two of South Africa's best dancers, singers, actors and fire breathers. This year, however, they will be focusing on stand-up comedy. The plot revolves around Hedwig, a transgender singer from East Berlin. In order to marry his American boyfriend and escape the confines of an oppressive state, Hansel undergoes a sex change operation, becomes Hedwig, marries and flees. The operation is botched, the American leaves her, and she is broke. She subsequently develops a relationship with a younger man, Tommy, becoming his mentor and musical collaborator. Tommy steals her music and is rocketed to stardom, leaving Hedwig behind. The ingenious musical score, brought to life on stage by a live rock 'n' roll band, is steeped in the androgynous 1970's glam rock style of David Bowie as well as the work of John Lennon and Iggy Pop. Hedwig and the Angry Inch is a trailblazing, landmark musical; undoubtedly ahead of its time.  This production stars Paul du Toit (The Rocky Horror Show, Same Time Next Year, Binnelanders, Backstage) and Genna Galloway (Grease, Showboat, Noah of Cape Town) and is under direction of  Elizma Badenhorst (I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, The Mystery of Irma Vep, Carrie-the Musical).

Refunds And Cancellations
You may cancel any booking submitted to us for tickets that have not yet been issued to you at any time prior to the date of the event to which such booking pertains by sending a cancellation notice to info@computicket.com or calling our Customer Care Centre on +27 (0)11 340 8000 or 0861 915 8000. You may also cancel and return any issued tickets acquired from us at any time prior to the scheduled date of the event to which they apply by handing in your tickets at any of our Money Market kiosks. When you cancel your booking or return your tickets you must provide us with the relevant booking number. Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply:- If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply;- If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply;- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply;- Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

Ticket Collection
Tickets can be collected from the venue box office which opens 2 hours before start of show. Please collect your tickets at any Computicket store or at any Shoprite, Checkers, Checkers Hyper, House and Home or at selected OK Furniture and Usave stores. Credit cards used to make the booking must be presented when collecting the tickets.
